Emirates Cable Car trip

A big thank you to all staff involved on the trip on Wednesday. The Weather was great and the behaviour was excellent. NRC started the climb over the Thames just after 11am. The East London skyline sparkled in the mid-morning sun, while staff and students held their nerves.  

 

We enjoyed a lovely lunch on a patch of grass at The Royal Victoria Docks. Students were joined by the local wildlife (pigeons) while the sun shone down on us all. We then returned to the Emirates Cable Car, to finish off our 360◦ journey.

 

Our next adventure was the Nissan Innovation Station, where our student’s spent most of the hour enjoying the activities and spending time in cars. Staff and students engaged in a virtual reality game, PS3 arcade racing and a reaction game, amongst other activities.
