Careers at NRC

At New Regent’s College we are committed to providing all our students with the guidance, support and opportunities they need to navigate their future pathways. Our Careers Policy is designed to align with the Gatsby Benchmarks, which serve as a framework for delivering high-quality careers education, information, advice and guidance.

Recognising the unique challenges faced by our students, many of whom have experienced disruptions in their education, we strive to create a nurturing environment where they can explore their interests, develop essential skills and understand the diverse range of career options available to them. Through collaborative partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, and educational institutions, we aim to provide a range of engaging experiences that will inspire and motivate our students, helping them to build the skills and resilience necessary for success in a rapidly changing world.
