LGBTQ+ Week

We all enjoyed a fantastic LGBTQ+ Week. Pupils engaged positively in a variety of activities including making LGBTQ+ cup-cakes.

In English pupils have been learning about LGBT Language and definitions, understanding the importance of the different identity flags within the LGBT community and then developing their own identity flags.

This week we have been impressed with the maturity and openness that pupils have shown when learning about LGBT vocabulary and identities that they did not previously know about. They worked with excellent focus to create LGBT bunting, which is now proudly on display in their classroom. Here are some photos:
